2. Take an electrode with a diameter of 3.2mm, apply a small current to the damaged bolt hole, and treat the surface of the

brilliant. When starting surfacing welding, the arc should not be too long, so as not to burn through the outer wall of the bolt. Build up to the upper end surface of the broken bolt, and then continue to build up welding to form a diameter of 14-16mm and a height of 8-10mm cylinder.
3. After the surfacing is completed, tap the end face with a hand hammer to make the broken bolt vibrate in the axial direction. The heat generated by the previous arc and the subsequent cooling, coupled with the vibration at this time, will cause the broken. The thread between the cracked bolt and the body is loose.
4. Carefully observe the traces of Stainless Steel Screws leaking from the fracture. It is recommended to put the M18 nut on the surfacing cylinder head and weld the two together.
5. Hot and cold after welding. Loosen the nut with a socket wrench, and lightly tap the surface of the nut with a small hand hammer.Security Screws
6. After removing the damaged bolts, use an appropriate tap to process the wire buckles inside the frame, and remove rust and other sundries in the holes.
